🔄 Return Window
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent
🛠 Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
- Please include photos of the damage when contacting us
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Items without original packaging
