We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us at support@teknotronik.store with proof of the damage.
